Wellington Rugby is now looking for a Competitions Administrator. This is a full-time role based in the WRFU Offices in Thorndon. Key responsibilities will include:
- Draw scheduling
- Results and points table collation
- Administration of sub committees
- City Council liaison
- Tournament and match management
- Project work
The successful candidate is likely to have an appropriate qualification in sports management or experience within the wider sports industry although not essential. An eye for detail is critical for this role, as is an inability to compromise on quality.
The successful candidate will be committed to providing the very best level of customer service to our stakeholders. An understanding of amateur sport, in particular rugby union, would be advantageous and the availability for evening and weekend work is essential.
